Terms And Conditions

1    Terms
1.1  “MH Ltd” means Moonlight Hampers Ltd or any of its partnerships, associated companies or subsidiaries.
1.2  “Customer” means any person or company placing an order with MH Ltd.
1.3  “Goods” means any item supplied by MH Ltd to the customer.
1.4  “Contract” means the contract for the supply of goods between MH Ltd and the customer which will be subject to these terms and conditions.

2    Formulation of Contract
2.1  All goods sold by MH Ltd are sold subject to these terms and conditions and these shall be deemed the sole terms and conditions of any sale by MH Ltd to the customer unless an agreement in writing is in place. The placing of an order, or the acceptance of goods supplied by MH Ltd, by the customer, shall indicate that the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

3    Variations In Price
3.1    MH Ltd reserves the right to adjust the price of the goods to reflect currency fluctuations on imported items, at any time prior to delivery.
3.2  MH Ltd reserves the right to adjust the price of goods to reflect supplier cost changes.
3.3  MH Ltd will contact the customer with details of any changes to their order. The customer may choose to accept the changes, alter their order free of charge or cancel their order.
3.4  MH Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time and for any reason with out prior notice.

4    Delivery And Shipping
4.1  MH Ltd will do everything possible to despatch your order within seven working days. You may also refer to the frequently asked questions page at www.moonlighthampers.co.uk
4.2  MH Ltd will take every reasonable measure to ensure you receive the correct style, type and size of goods. However, MH Ltd can accept no responsibility for loss, delay or damage of goods sent by post or carrier at the customers request.
4.3  MH Ltd reserves the right to charge any extra delivery costs incurred from resending an order or part of any order.
4.4  Delivery costs are as specified on the website at the time of placing an order.
These costs may me changed by MH Ltd at any time without notice.
4.5  Royal mail 1st class is used in normal circumstances. A customer may request special delivery terms via other couriers or enhanced service. The customer will be liable for any additional delivery costs incurred.
4.6  MH Ltd can not accept responsibility for any delay or loss of orders due to circumstances out of its control. This includes any delay or loss arising from the actions of any other company or person.
4.7  All goods supplied by MH Ltd remain the property of MH Ltd until they are paid for in full. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that these goods are indentifiable as such and that they remain in good condition for return until paid.

5    Returns Policy
5.1  The customer may return anything purchased if it is unopened and undamaged and MH Ltd will replace the item with a substitute of similar or greater value or refund the cost of the item when it is received.
5.2  If the customer opens an item and it is found to be faulty they must contact MH Ltd via any means stated on the contact us page of the website. MH Ltd will be able to advise the customer of paths to resolution.
5.3  MH Ltd will not accept returns of any lingerie items that have been removed from their original packaging. MH Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in a resalable condition at the original selling price.
5.4  Any refunded payments given will only be issued in the form they were received

6    Special Offers And Sales
6.1  MH Ltd reserves the right to withdraw special offers or items from sale at any time prior to an order.
6.2  Stock levels of items on sale or under special offer may be low so MH Ltd reserves the right to refuse and/ or refund an order.

7    Damages and shortages
7.1  Every effort is made to ensure all goods leave our premises in good condition. All shortages or damages must be reported to MH Ltd within 3 days from date of delivery.
7.2  If the customer receives a delivery that has obvious external damage, has been opened or resealed they must claim and proceed with the carrier in the first instance.

8    Time Is Not Of The Essence
8.1  The customer agrees that time is not of the essence when an order is placed with MH Ltd. Special delivery requests may be made and MH Ltd will do everything reasonably possible to oblige. However, there are too many factors out of MH Ltd control and therefore MH Ltd can not accept cancellation of an order because of a late delivery, unless expressly agreed in writing with MH Ltd.

9    Out Of Stock Orders 9.1  If the customer places an order for any items that are out of stock they may wait for the order to be despatched or cancel the order. The latter is always assumed by the company unless informed otherwise. The company will communicate to the customer items that may fall out of normal delivery parameters.
