HOW DO I KNOW MOONLIGHT HAMPERS IS A SECURE SITE?

All of our transactions are processed via our secure payment gateway provided by Netbanx. All your data is protected by encyption during this process so there is no need to worry.

HOW MUCH WILL MY POSTAGE COST?

On all orders upto £50 are sent via Royal Mail first class and will cost £2.95. Any order above £50 is postage free!

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

You will recieve your purchase within 7 working days. However, in most cases this is reduced to 3 working days. This is depends on our suppliers stock levels etc. If you wish us to contact you regarding your delivery time scale, please contact us after you have placed your order, having your order number at hand.

WILL MY ORDER BE IN DISCREET PACKAGING?

YES. We package everything in discreet outer packaging with documents attached in a sealed document pouch.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order just contact us within 24 hours and we will stop delivery and cancel your order. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours and we have already dispatched your purchase, simply send it back to us unopened and we will refund you when we recieve it.

It would be great if you could tell us why you wish to cancel, what ever the reason, so we can improve our services.

WHAT NAME WILL SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?

Moonlight Hampers Ltd will appear on your statements. We will also automatically send you a copy of your paid order to the E-Mail address you provide us with.

CAN I PAY BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER?

Yes of course. E-Mail us or call us with your order and we will dispatch your purchase when your funds have cleared. Please make cheques payable to Moonlight Hampers Ltd

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Absolutley! Call us with your order, having your delivery details and card details to hand and we will dispatch your order as soon as we can.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You may return anything you buy if it is unopened and we will refund you as soon as we recieve it. If you have opened a product and find it to be faulty, contact us and we will be able to advise you or ask you to return it.

We are unable to accept returns of any lingerie items out of their original packaging and were it is has been worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it is clear this is the case.

Any refunds issued will be in the form of the original payment. So, if you pay by card your card will be refunded. If you pay by cheque then a cheque will be issued back to you.

WHY CAN'T I BUY A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE ON A SINGULAR BASIS?

Unfortunatley any business selling alcohol requires licences. This process is a long one. We are currently going through this process. So soon we will be able to offer you a wide range of champagnes and wines for sale. Until then however we have placed champagne in some of our fixed hampers for FREE! We are not hiding the cost of this, it is absolutley free. We have done this because we feel that the champagne is an integral part of your experience and our idea. So enjoy it while it is free.
